Refund Policy

Apex & Masterclass: 30-Day Guarantee

Apex membership and the standalone Modern Machiavelli Masterclass are covered by the 30-day guarantee advertised on their sales pages. If your purchase is not right for you, email support@tenetsofpower.com within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. No explanation of your results is required.

Include the email address used at checkout and your order reference so we can locate your purchase. This guarantee is an exception to the digital-product policy below.

Membership Cancellation

Cancellation of a recurring membership and a refund are separate actions. Use the Membership section of your dashboard to manage or cancel renewal, or contact support for help. To request a refund under the guarantee, contact us within the 30-day period described above.

Other Digital Purchases

Except for the guarantee above or an offer-specific refund policy stated at purchase, sales of downloadable ebooks, manuscripts and other digital products are final once access or delivery has been provided. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Physical Products

All physical merchandise (including print-on-demand apparel and accessories) is produced on demand and therefore non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical goods unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at support@tenetsofpower.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will assess each claim individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks and to suspend account access for any user who files a dispute without prior communication.
