Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Tenets of Power™ and Dominance Mastery Group Inc. are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any products once a transaction has been completed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
Digital Products
All e-books, digital manuscripts, course materials, and digital downloads are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once access has been granted or a file has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
This includes but is not limited to:
- E-books and PDF manuscripts
- Online courses and video content
- Masterclass enrollment
- Membership access
- Any other downloadable or streamable content
Physical Products
All physical merchandise (including print-on-demand apparel and accessories) is produced on demand and therefore non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical goods unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at support@tenetsofpower.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will assess each claim individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks and to suspend account access for any user who files a dispute without prior communication.
