Most men believe dominance is something you are born with. A temperament. A voice. A natural force of personality that some men simply have and the rest simply do not. They watch a man command a room without effort and conclude that he was made that way, and that they were not.
This is the most disempowering lie a man can
believe about power, and it is wrong at the root.
Dominance is not a trait. It is a structure. It is built, deliberately, from identifiable materials arranged in a specific order, and like anything built, it can be understood, learned, and constructed by any man willing to do the work. The man who commands the room is not expressing his nature.
He is standing inside something he built, whether he knows it or not.
The word for the deliberate construction of a structure is architecture. And dominance, correctly understood, is architecture. This is its blueprint.
